Since we couldn't locate the dining room table, let alone real plates, we had a picnic on the floor with fresh foods from Whole Foods. Of course my mom could only have one picnic on a cardboad box without sprucing it up so when she found a serving platter the next day, our picnic became a pseudo-upscale picnic.
