Jan came all the way from MI to do my roof! This was a lot of work because the original cedar shakes from 1938 were on the roof, plus two layers of asphalt shingles. However, the worst work was for Jan's associate, my mom, who hauled ALL of the shingles and SEPARATED them so that the asphalt shingles could be recycled.
